Do you clean residential buildings or only commercial?
Commercial only. Our programs are scoped for multi-tenant office buildings, commercial parks, mixed-use properties, and similar facilities. We do not clean single-family homes or standard apartment units.
How do you price a building cleaning program?
By scope, not by square footage alone. We walk the building, document every common area and surface type, and produce a written quote based on the specific scope of work. Square footage is one input among several — floor count, restroom cores, surface types, and service frequency all affect the price. See our pricing page for more detail.
How long does it take to get a quote?
You receive email confirmation within four business hours of submitting a request. We call back within one business day. The written proposal arrives within two business days of the building walkthrough. From first contact to signed contract is typically one to two weeks.
What areas do you serve?
We cover a 25-mile radius from Stillwater, MN. That includes Oak Park Heights, Bayport, Lake Elmo, Grant, Baytown Township, and Marine on Saint Croix in Minnesota; and Hudson and Houlton in Wisconsin. Contact us if your building is outside this radius — we occasionally serve buildings beyond the standard zone for existing accounts.
What is included in a standard common-area cleaning program?
The scope varies by building, but standard elements include lobby floors, elevator cabs and landings, corridors and stairwells, glass entry doors, and common-area touch points. Hard floors, carpet extraction, and scheduled deep-clean rotations are included per the written scope. Nothing is verbal — every included item appears in the signed scope document.
Can you handle buildings on both sides of the river?
Yes. We service buildings in Minnesota and in St. Croix County, Wisconsin within the 25-mile service radius. Hudson and Houlton are both within our regular service area.
Do you provide supplies?
Yes, for restroom programs. Paper towels, toilet tissue, soap, and hand sanitizer are restocked as part of the nightly restroom service. Supplies are billed at cost-plus-delivery; we don't mark up consumables beyond logistics. A monthly itemised supply summary is included with your invoice.
What happens if something is missed?
Contact your designated account representative directly. The escalation contact is in your scope document, not a general service line. Non-emergency issues receive a next-business-day response; items that affect tenant-facing areas during business hours receive same-day attention under enhanced programs.
How long have you been in business?
We have operated in the Saint Croix Valley for 22 years. That history reflects continuous operation in this specific market — not a rebranded entity or an acquisition. A certificate of insurance and bonding documentation are included with every written quote.
Do you have a minimum contract length?
We work on annual contracts for standard programs, with a 30-day check-in at the start of every new relationship. If you need a shorter initial term to evaluate the program, request that in your quote submission and we'll discuss it.
